Only one user per account[edit]

Any user account should represent an individual and not a group (and an individual should normally only have one user account; see next section). It is unlikely that you will be able to write about your organization non promotionally at first. "Experience has unfortunately shown that most (but not all) people with experience in PR cannot be taught to write a proper article, because they are so completely oriented to writing advertisements or quasi-advertisements that they honestly cannot see the difference between that and a proper encyclopedia article." -- User:DGG You will need therefore to describe what constructive edits you would make to help build the wonder of the world that is Wikipedia.

No. No such thing as "ownership." Again. No license fees. Wikipedia is a the free content encyclopedia anyone abiding by the Community's rules can edit. Again, you cannot pay a "fee" or whatever to add promotional content to Wikipedia. If anyone contacts/emails you saying they can/will do what you ask, it is a scam.
