Philosopher[edit]

I'm interested to know how was he a philosopher and what is his contribution to the field? Sadkσ (talk is cheap) 13:27, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Lawyer[edit]

I have removed a statement about Izetbegović being a lawyer. Besides graduating from a faculty of law, I don't see he ever practised law in his life, except being a defendant in a criminal proceeding. Thus, he doesn't fit the definiton of a lawyer - "one whose profession is to conduct lawsuits for clients or to advise as to legal rights and obligations in other matters". Imprisonment in 1946[edit]

There are two explanations for this. The first mentions his involvement in an organisation connected to the 13th WaffenSS division while the second makes the following claim, which i believe to be incorrect:

"Izetbegović was first arrested in 1946 aged twenty-one. He was sentenced to jail in various cases in a total for 8 years for his membership in an organization fighting for human rights and religious rights." 90.142.52.105 (talk) 08:15, 5 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
