Draft:My personal experience in negotiations

My real-life experience in negotiating while buying a house:-

A friend of mine lingadasan , was looking to buy his first home. he found a beautiful house in a main city of Puducherry , but the asking price was a bit higher than what He was comfortable with.

Lingadasan decided to make an offer that was slightly below the asking price to leave room for negotiation. The seller countered with a higher price, but lingadasan didn't want to go over his budget.

So, he researched the market value of similar houses in the area and gathered information about the value of land. With the knowledge, he made a second offer that took into account the condition of the house and the current market rate.

The seller was initially hesitant, but lingadasan remained patient and respectful throughout the negotiation process. After a few back-and-forth discussions, they finally reached a mutually agreeable price that fell within lingadasan budget.

Not only did lingadasan negotiate the price, but he also negotiated some repairs to be done before the sale was finalized. By being well-prepared, patient, and respectful, lingadasan was able to successfully navigate the negotiation process and secure his dream home at a price that worked for him.

It just goes to show that with a little research and a calm approach, negotiating a house can lead to a win-win situation for both the buyer and the seller.
